Return Policy

Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

• Unused and in the same condition as received

• With original packaging, tags, and purchase receipt

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method, within 5–10 business days.

Items not eligible for return:

• Sale or promotional items

• Customized or made-to-order products

Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we made an error.
